Morris St, Williamstown
This Williamstown coastal garden was designed to be easy care and suit the beachside conditions. Large rocks were already onsite from the pool dig out during the house construction and needed to be incorporated into the design. These were moved into new positions and now double as sculptural pieces and informal seating. The clients request was to encourage birds into the garden for enjoyment, so plants were chosen to attract birds and cope with the windy salt air. A timber boardwalk adds to the coastal feel and upright timber posts help to disguise the industrial sized gas meter and create interest.
